I take Copaxone, but when I used ice it actually hurt more for me...
I was recommended by one of the Shared Solutions nurses to try a warm compress beforehand or take a warm shower, and even though it sounded weird, I tried it and it seemed to help.
Plus a little ibuprofen. I still hate doing my shot.
